I like the idea of "detailed written and oral descriptions of past
positions as they apply to the work order."

Many times have been hired to put out a fire caused by one or
more that did a lot more than stretch the truth about their resume.

As a result - the twr trade suffers considerably time and time again.

Would be easier to screen out these people if they knew they
had to talk about their past in detail.
