Hi all,
I am interested to know whether the companies you for, charge for
information services. If yes, what type of information is being
offered/sold? Many vendors I know provide technical information for
free, as part of the product/service they offer. However, I noticed a
trend that started with selling support services, then selling training
and now information. What is the situation in your companies?
TIA
Erika
