For example, if you wanted to check the Techwr-l posts of our colleague,
Geoff Hart (more than 8,000 of them), try the following Google search:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=geoff+hart+site%3Atechwr-l.com

which was created by going to Google and typing

geoff hart site:techwr-l.com

in the search box. The same type of syntax can be used, at Google, to
search for any phrase on any site.

Hello,

You know how you go to a web site and you are only looking for one
thing on that web site?

I'm looking for some kind of app or browser add-on that lets you
search a site for a particular word or phrase. Any ideas?

Thanks,
GA
