There's a really good article on this in the latest issue of STC's
_Intercom_ magazine. It doesn't go into tools in any detail, but does
a better job explaining the core concepts than most of what I've read
in recent years. I suspect that if you wrote the author and asked for
a Tools follow-up, you'd get another article equally good.
