On top of the other good advice :) ... if this is a "same
company/different position" type of move, learn how to delegate! It's
very difficult to let go of everything you used to do, or the attitude
that for it to be done right you have to do it yourself. However,
learning to delegate will save your sanity and your team will likely
appreciate the confidence you have in them.
