Also, make sure to read the "Why you might want to avoid using Baggage
Files" section. I distribute PDF files as well BUT the PDFs are *not*
included as Baggage files in my project. Instead, what I do, is use a
DOS batch file to copy all the PDFs to a sub-directory in my
project\!SSL!\Webhelp folder prior to generating WebHelp. Then, when the
files are published to the server, my PDFs are published as well. Works
slick.

Subject: RoboHelp X5-Baggage files
Hi All,
I am trying to create a link to a pdf in RoboHelp that resides in the
same project folder, but when generate it (Web Help) says file cannot be
found.
It also does not add it to the baggage file.
Anyone know the reason.
Please help I have been working on this since last Friday and still
can't figure out what is wrong. it works if I link it to existing PDFs
but does not work for 2 new pdf's I have copied to the folder.
