I don't think anyone answerd my question correctly. I would hate to read the documentation these people produce.
Can you recommend some better tech writing lists/forums?

Welcome to the wonderful world of Techwr-l. Topics get hijacked all
the time, often by a handful of perennial favorite causes like certification
and DFDs. And guess what? We've had yet another outbreak of *both*
pseudo-topics (pseudo because there is never any meaningful exchange
of ideas) in just the past week. It's one of the reasons Techwr-l has
