Punctuation question

["nosnivel -at- netvision -dot- net -dot- il" <nosnivel -at- netvision -dot- net -dot- il>]

I also grew up understanding that the
colon was formal and the comma informal.
But we also had the semicolon in between,
for a friendly, favorable business
relationship.

Still, I would advise staying very 
formal when dealing with your boss's
19-year-old daughter.
