Is anyone else facing a similar problem?

I have downloaded the latest trial versions of Adobe Framemaker and Robohelp
from the Adobe website using Mozilla Firefox. It took me quite some time (
on an average around four hrs for each application) to download the software
and save it on my desktop. However, my hopes were dashed most
unceremoniously on both occasions. The system is unable to extract the
application files and suggests that the error may be rectified if I download
the files once again. It kills me each time I look at this statement.

Any solutions?
