Hello all,

I'm new to the listserv and this is my first post so I hope I do it right!
I'm currently helping a company prepare for their first SAS 70 Audit. The
SAS 70 info that I've found so far is more of an overview of the SAS 70,
but I need an instructional guide. I was wondering if anyone knew where I
could find some guided information about the SAS 70 or if someone could tell
me if there is much difference between ISO 9000 and SAS 70 other than ISO is
targeted toward manufacturing while SAS is targeted toward financing.
Specifically I'm looking for instruction on what to document (especially in
IT) and more important, how to document it.

Thank you,

Christina Dubach
