1. At beginning of project, note review milestones in project schedule.
2. When "draft complete" milestone hits, send to review. Specify what
they're reviewing for, how to review the material (review tech they
need to use, how to send it back to you) and when it's due back to
3. Follow up with a friendly "how's it going" about mid-way through
review period.
4. Follow up on the last day with a "last day to get review comments in".
5. Incorporate all review comments received the next morning while
sending a project update to the project manager indicating status,
including who is delinquent on their reviews. Note dependency
waterfall and how it will affect the overall project deadline.
6. Enjoy a cup of coffee while the project manager kicks their butts.
