"Developers Guide", "Developers' Guide", or "Developer's Guide"

Hi,
I need help with an apostrophe.
Which of these is correct?
* "Developers Guide" i.e. "The guide for the developers"
* "Developers' Guide" i.e. "The guide belonging to the developers"
* "Developer's Guide" i.e. "The guide belonging to the developer"
I can see a case for all three, and can fund any guidance in my normal
reference books.
Andrew
