Yes. Also visited, pointed to, navigated to, clicked, browsed, ...
My preference, when an imperative is called for, is go -- as in "Go to
www.example.com." This is sufficient for all but the most newbie
computer users, who need to be told how to start IE, where to enter the
URL ("internet address"), etc.
