Ned Bedinger said he came from oceanography and aquaculture

Sounds fishy to me....sorry, I had no choice.

BTW...I used to be the Academic Services Manager for the University of
Alaska School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences. It was unbelievable the
amount and complexity of the technology used to study our oceans and
waterways.
