Hi Joe

Give this a try. Generate your WebHelp again. But when you do, look at
the intermediate dialogs. This means you need to generate using File >
Generate Primary Layout. (If you are using the Quick Generate toolbar
button or pressing Ctrl+M, you don't see the dialogs). Click the Next >
button until you see the "WebHelp Options - WebHelp" dialog. On this
dialog should be an area labeled "Optimize Speed For".

I'm guessing the setting you will find here is "Web Site (Internet)".

Click and change to "Local PC or Intranet (Internal Network)".

Regenerate your WebHelp, put it in place and test. You might like the
results better. ;)
