I use Captivate to create software demos, GUI demos, to create Web
site prototype walk-throughs, etc. With it's new branching? You can
pretty much do whatever you need. What you describe takes a bit of
know how, but it's not too involved. Just some button work, slicing
and branching (if you require decision making).
