Contracts are fun in that regard. I've run into that a few times as a
contractor. It's amazing what results can be achieved by stating the
obvious... "You're paying me $N/hour to be here, whether I take notes
for you or work on this product release. How you choose to spend your
money on my time is entirely up to you. I'm perfectly happy doing
either so long as I get paid."
