Thanks to you and everyone for the responses!

The text business is being handled well with http://www.abacre.com/afr/

I have (with a little help from a friend) come up with some vba to
swap out the logo image that is on the doc first page.

Where I am still scratching my head is how to get into the page
footers and swap out images there. When I try to record a macro where
I open the footer, it stops recording. Ideas, anyone?
