I think it applies only to those templates. I just looked at their
forums and it seems like folks are producing PDFs while using
conditions.
Register on their forums (http://helpman.it-authoring.com/index.php)
and ask. I'm sure that either Alexander (developer) or Tim
(documentation) will answer pretty quickly.
