Along with what Bee shared about study, I have also found that what you
document (technology, audience, and methodology) and how well you
document it (as evidenced in a portfolio) is more important that who you
document for. In other words, the only way you'd gain anything by
switching companies is if the new company produces better docs for a
more viable product or technology. For example, if your current docs
cover apps written in COBOL and developed using the waterfall
methodology and the new company writes apps in an object oriented
language using an iterative methodology, changing jobs would be helpful
to you career.

What looks good on your resume is not a good criterion for choosing a
job.
Trust your instincts - it sounds like you're in a good place right now.

It will do you much more good to enhance your career by studying rather
than
relying on a name-brand to get you ahead in your career.
