Hi Tom

I make a large part of my living by conducting classes on RoboHelp and 
Captivate.

While it doesn't happen often, I do sometimes encounter individuals that 
have absolutely no business being in such a class.

What is that? Where is that?
Hey, this mouse thingie is stuck over here on the right and the mouse is 
almost off the pad!
