PDF docs that explain how to connect several products together, configure them to do what you want and then test that the application works properly - this type of thing has different names in different companies and can be written by different departments. I suppose in some companies these are prepared by instructional designers in the Training department. At my company we call them application tutorials (written by tech writers) or workshops (written by tech support). The question is how much your company charges for selling these. Are these offered standalone or as part of a range/package of training offerings? I know the answer differs from industry to industry, but I'd like to get answers from a variety of companies in all sorts of areas.
TIA
Erika
