For the cost of a single large-screen monitor, you can easily
purchase two VERY nice smaller monitors and get at least the same amount
of screen real estate. Also consider that, with two smaller monitors,
you'll have a "backup" monitor in case something should happen to one.
As unlikely as that is, it's even more unlikely that BOTH should go out
at the same time. I say go with two monitors.

By the by, this topic was discussed not very long ago. I believe the
general consensus then, as now, was to go with two monitors.

I am going to buy one or two LCD monitors to replace a CRT monitor. In
opinion, which is the best way to go, one large widescreen or two
