Resolved: the first shampooing pass with even a tiny of amount any
non-harmful hair cleansing agent removes enough of the befouling
material makes a second pass of cleansing agent much more efficient.

Proposed: the first pass need not be the heavily-advertised shampoo
brand you love to get bubbly with.
