Onscreen or on-screen?

Chris Morton wondered: <<*An on-screen keyboard is also provided  
wherever needed...* A couple of dictionary sites indicate that on- 
screen should be hyphenated as you see here. However, I'm thinking  
that hyphenation is no longer required for this word.>>

Both are acceptable alternatives, so choose whichever one you like.
