Hi all,
I'm really panicked here! I was just given a project that must be completed by the end of today and SnagIt is not cooperating with me!

I'm using version 7.1.0 and I'm trying to use the highlight tool to place colored boxes on top of text in a jpeg. I've done this many times before, but today the highlight disappears immediately after I apply it.

I've tried restarting my PC thinking that it was just a random problem that a reboot could fix, but alas, the same thing happened after restarting.

Anybody else ever experienced this? Any idea how I can force SnagIt to keep my highlight on the image?

Thanks in advance,

Jennifer Randel
