I just wanted to say THANKS to everyone who responded on this topic. All of it was helpful, to be sure. This is going to be a longer road than the VP wants, but it's on the agenda for 2009. In the meantime, I have some breathing room, and alot of research/evaluating to do; if there is/was anyone in a similar situation, I'd love to hear which way you're going (or went) and why.
