We have a computer scientist here needing to do some equation work in Word
2003. The latter ships with Equation Editor 3. He has a need, however, to
make his equations appear in boldface. This isn't an option, even when he
presses *CTRL+B*.

Do any of you have a quick solution? Is there an update he can use with Word
2003? Or some other equation editor with which he can very quickly get up to
speed? Time is of the essence!
