Hi Craig,
I'm not sure if anyone's answered your question, but I wanted to mention that I use Acrobat 8 Professional for _exactly_ what you described.

The forms I created are sent via email (the Outlook client in this case) when the user clicks a Submit key. A copy of the form can be printed using another button, too. You can even set up your form for a type of validation, so if specific fields are left blank, the form will not be sent until the user puts data there.

Acrobat 8 connects to Adobe LiveCycle designer to create the forms. I had no trouble learning how to do what I needed to just by using the online Help files. I think that the interface is very user-friendly.

Good luck,
Jennifer

I want to create a "fillable" PDF form that can be posted on the web for anyone in our domain to reach.

I want users to be able to email this form after it has been completed, either by pressing Send or by attaching the completed form to an Outlook message.

I want also want these forms to go to HR. Can I use Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional for this?
