Web content management and business process management

My advice is to try and shift to your new job inside your current company. Trying to sell non-existing skills to new employers is very hard, they all want you to be experienced in the new field, but only your current employer who already knows and appreciates you might give you the chance to break into the new field and gain experience.

HTH,
Erika
