Windows FIND (SEARCH) Not Working

I've got a bunch of test DOCs, located in a TEST SPECS folder, I have to
search through. Each DOC has the word, INTERNAL, somewhere in its file name.
I'm setting up my search like so:

All or part of the file name:

A word or phrase in the file:

Look in:

Nothing is turning up after repeated tries using various search words I KNOW
are in these files. Is this because I don't have the Indexing service
engaged and, if so, remind me how to engage it.
