Location name everytime.

As a non-US resident any time I get the "Pacific +1" stuff I'm lost. Gimme
cities that I can at least look up in a map and it's much friendlier
(Windows does it this way for, I'd guess, that very reason).

If you had a choice of selecting a timezone from a list sorted by location
name or GMT offset, which would be easier for you to use?
Assume that you will not have be able change the sorting order as you please
(and acknowledging that many or maybe all OSs sort by GMT offset).
