Hi Everyone,

I'd just like to thank you for your comments and advice regarding phone 
interviews. Provided me with a lot of information that I had not been 
aware of. Just hung up from my interview, and contrary to the disaster a 
year ago, I felt comfortable at this one, and actually enjoyed it.

As many of you advised, this was indeed an initial screening. I will be 
advised next week if I am one of 4 selected for a personal interview.
