Job seekers can make anonymous postings to job boards, which are like ads by
applicants, so employers should have the same privilege. The Monster
postings and emails are just ads. In a direct communication, however, both
sides should know who they are dealing with. This is why I will not permit
a recruiter to send my résumé to a company without telling me the company's
name. I will not be directly submitted with anonymity on either side.
