Your employer expects you to have a new *key*
strength every year? Is the business changing
that fast, or did they just not know what they really
needed when they hired you?

I think it's great when people learn new things,
but I don't expect them to change the focus of
their "key" strengths unless they're looking to
change their job functions substantially.
