Suzette asked about shared reviews.
I am using shared reviews with two clients and it is an excellent method of
getting reviewers to collaborate. I recommended and set it up for the second
client and they are so happy with it (I'm their hero) that they are
spreading it throughout the corporation.

First, you need to have Acrobat Professional 8 or 9. Reviewers need to
download the free Reader, 8.0 or greater. They do not need the full version
of Acrobat. You will need a server where the document and comment files will
reside. My first client has an internal server with Microsoft SharePoint on
it. Since I do not have access to the server, I send the PDF to the client
and he posts it on SharePoint. I am given a link so that I can monitor
comments and add any if needed. At the end of the review period, I download
an archive file for my use. For the second client, I tried using the
client's SharePoint but I could not get it set up correctly. I have a VPN
connection to this client's servers. Instead of SharePoint, I use the email
method where the document is emailed to the reviewers and that doc is linked
to a server where the comments are stored. Every time a reviewer opens the
doc, Acrobat connects to the comments folder and updates the doc with all
the comments.
