Is a hardcopy of manual included with Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Standard Win package?

Dear Writers,

I have a query. If we buy a Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Standard Win
Package from Adobe, do they provide the hard copy of the user manual for
the softwares included with the package or just a electronic document?
If yes, it would be really great.

I'm also looking for other useful books for self-training myself on 
the following software:

*  Adobe InDesign CS4 

*  Adobe Photoshop CS4 

*  Adobe Illustrator CS4 

*  Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro 

*  Adobe Bridge CS4 

*  Adobe Device Central CS4 

*  Adobe Version Cue CS4 

Please guide me on the same. 
Oh yes, and also please let me know the price for the entire Adobe
Creative Suite 4 Design Standard Win
Package in India.
