Documentation is *many* of the stories. Each How-To should be a story on its
own. The story isn't "I need a manual" but rather "I need instructions for
doing x". Multiply that times the number of function points.

But otherwise, yes, I think you're correct. One of the things about Agile
that can't be faked is the daily "stand up" in which I can say to the whole
team that I have not been able to complete my task because so-and-so has not
given me access to the information I need.

After a few days of this, it's amazing how the information starts flowing.
