RE: Instructional Design Newbie Needs Pointers

Mager's a great add, Patty! Mark - It would also be good to brush up on
generational learning since the Gen Ys and Millennials are mixed in with
the Boomers and Gen Xers in classes to differing effects (I'm a fan of
"Don't Bother Me Mom, I'm Learning!" by Prensky -- I used it in my
thesis.)

One thing I forgot to mention re: authors - do NOT, under any
circumstances, read Malcolm Knowles. While many subscribe to his rants,
I have many, many fundamental issues with his "teachings."
