Open Windows Explorer. It should default to *My Documents". Choose the Tools>>Folder Options menu item. Windows displays a Folder Options dialog box. Choose the File Types tab. Scroll down in the Registered file types list to EPS and select it. Click the Change button next to the Opens with label. Windows displays on Open With dialog box. Choose Adobe Illustrator in the Programs list then click the OK button to accept the change, dismiss the Open With dialog box and return to the Folder Options dialog box. Click the OK button to accept the change and dismiss the Folder Options dialog box.
