I inserted date and time system variables on my WebHelp master page so I can
tell what build I'm looking at. Flare inserts the date and time for me.

Last updated: [ ShortDate: <date> ] [ShortTime: <time>]

Flare also allows you to insert a system variable in a single topic. I've
never done this, and I can't test it right now, but I'll bet it would work.
