Well, I'm not sure about putting it on a thumb drive, but you could make a website that only you can access and apply a blog template to it. Wordpress can do this: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/190439

Or you can set your LiveJournal so nobody can read it.


Or you could try one of the methods to keep your blog private:
