Example of clear technical writing to support policy making, and education.
Nice.

Just chanced on these short, inspiring, well written resources. Sponsored
by the British government (with a non-profit org). UK has good writers. Not
the first time I've seen this.
- About introducing Service Desk and incident management policy deployments
in primary schools.
- To help principals and teachers in primary schools deploy/make decisions
for IT/incident asset management.

Good to switch back to basics.

Its probably possible to do most of what you see here in 'most of the better
tools'.

But it's the words, structure and presentation that takes just a wee bit
more.
- Simple page footers.
- Short simple, clear writing.
- Judicious use of white space, checklists and tables.
- Consistent use of soothing colours, numbered headings and table schemes.
- Lots of helpful document examples, and checklists
- Inclusion of Glossaries and Cross-references.
- Alternative Cliff's Notes versions

And longer versions of other books in the series.
