I agree with you about the word "button", but I'd never say "click ENTER". Doesn't make sense. It should be "Press ENTER or click OK." That's if you want to describe both paths; in my docs I just say "click OK", but my audience is very familiar with basic Windows operations.

I never include the word button..it's redundant.
