Blank messages from Nancy Allison

I noticed the blank messages coming from Nancy, and I noticed she's 
using Verizon Webmail to send her messages to the list - she even 
mentioned this explicitly in this message:

   http://www.techwr-l.com/archives/0903/techwhirl-0903-00543.html

My guess is that she has managed to configure Verizon Webmail to _only_ 
send HTML email, and the Mailman list management software that's used 
for TECHWR-L strips the HTML part and sends the (empty) text/plain 
message part.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to Verizon Webmail and they don't 
appear to have any online help that doesn't require a login, so I can't 
even dig through and recommend how to fix the situation - but, perhaps 
this will help Nancy, if she can find the appropriate configuration 
setting to either send plain text to the list address, or at least send 
both HTML and plain text versions of her outgoing mail.
