Apparently, the New York Times has people who specifically experiment with how to use new technologies to display content.?This is a fascinating concept: as the tools change, content changes. Check out the video at the bottom of the following article:

It's an exciting area of TC: the potential capabilities of documentation due to new methods of interacting with content. The two-way relationship between these developments is fresh territory for research and user testing. I'd be interested to know which companies and organizations are preparing for the next technorevolution in documentation. Seems to me, most are too cautious and believe it a costly investment with little payback. But someone has to have one foot in the future of documentation interaction. Who?
