I refer to "we" as "the team," or whatever descriptor is appropriate for the
case. I do not have any exceptions for the use of pronouns; I do not use
them in résumés and I doubt that there is an exception that would change my
mind. Cover letters are more personal, so I will use them there, although
sparingly.
