We use Acrobat to create PDFs for review purposes (enabling them for
commenting). We also put a large "Draft" watermark in <10% gray on the
pages. I find this interferes with commenting -- the watermark gets
selected rather than the characters I'm trying to annotate or replace.
Is there some way to have a full-page watermark that doesn't interact
with the commenting tools?
