software will ever be sold to, or used in, a federal agency, it must comply
with this regulation. That compliance includes creating applications for
people with low vision and color-blindness.

They wouldn't even let us *use* non-compliant software on our project, and
we were subcontractors. That page is interesting reading as well. More
ammunition :-)

But as others have said, you can only tell them, and show them a screen
capture of what that looks like to someone with red-green colorblindness. If
they don't care, oh well :-)
