[I already tried the Word-PC list for this one... No luck there...]

In Word 2003, I created a TOC for semi-manually-numbered section pages
as follows:

I created page numbers using a PAGE field in the footer:
{ PAGE \# "'I-'0" \* MERGEFORMAT }.
"I" is the manually entered section number.

I added an SEQ field in the section heading (not header) in a character
style defined as hidden text:
{ SEQ chapter \* ROMAN \* MERGEFORMAT }.

Finally, I edited the TOC field:
{ TOC \O "1-2" \H \Z \U \S CHAPTER }

---------------

So far, so good. Now, I want to create an index for the same document.
My current index field code is { INDEX \c "2" \z "1033" } Is there an
equivalent switch for the Index field? I tried \S CHAPTER, but that
didn't work...

Thanks!
